Conduct on-site inspections of specified buildings/assets (See App. A).Evaluate building systems, structural components using non-destructive methods, and safety features.Assess the overall condition of each building.Assign Facility Condition Index (FCI) values.Prepare a detailed report outlining findings, recommendations, and cost estimates.Provide an estimate of replacement value for asset management purposes.
