Summary Details:

Provincial Health Services Authority, on behalf of the Health Authorities is issuing this Request for Prequalification ("RFPQ") to establish a "single use" list of Applicants who are qualified to provide Medical Asset Inventory Discovery Software ("Product") and associated implementation services ("Service") to meet the requirements of the Lower Mainland Biomedical Engineering organization ("LMBME").

Parties that submit a response to this RFPQ are referred to as "Applicants" and their submissions to this RFPQ are referred to as "Applications".

At the conclusion of the prequalification process set out in this RFPQ (the "Prequalification Process") it is expected that successfully prequalified Applicants ("Prequalified Suppliers") will be eligible to take part in a Directed Request for Proposal ("DRFP") process or other competitive process for the Product and Service. The sole purpose of the prequalification will be for Prequalified Suppliers to take part in the subsequent DRFP or other competitive process for the single Product and Service. There will be no other use of the prequalified list.
