Description : NOTICE TO ALL PROVIDERS/SUPPLIERS:

I. The Department of Science and Technology, Caraga, through its BAC intends to procure Consultancy Services on Cleaner Production Technology for 10 firms.

Item & Description:

Duration of Engagement: Maximum of six (6) months

A. Scope of Work:

1. Conduct of firm visit:

a. Collect data on current processes, energy usage, waste generation, and raw materials usage.

b. Create process maps to identify potential areas for improvement.

c. Cost-Benefit Analysis: Analyze the costs and benefits of potential changes to processes, technologies, and materials.

2. Conduct training/discussion as part of the progress reporting to the clients

3. Submit all consultancy reports to DOST Caraga

B. Expected Outputs of the Consultant:

1. Inception Report

2. Progress Report (Findings, Recommendations, Scheduling, and Task (FiRST) Report)

3. Final Report (CP Assessment Report)
