Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
BACKGROUND:
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF) is requesting for offers for a contractor to deliver portable power system including batteries with 6-month warranties and charging equipment will let Podiatry use existing operating room equipment for surgical procedures on diabetic patients. The corded small bone set will let podiatrists perform repairs for diabetic patients who break foot bones. at the Chinle Podiatry / Diabetes Program in strict accordance to the attached Specifications. Per FAR 6.302-1(c)(2) CCHCF has identified a specific brand name, but will accept brand-name or equal descriptions.

EVALUATION CRITERIA:
This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award or multiple awards to the contractor(s) whose offer represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA); award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.
