The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable consultant to support UNAIDS Joint Programme and reporting, to facilitate and coordinate for the process for the development of new National Strategic Plan and meaningful engagement of community in the development process and trainings and workshops related to human rights and gender. This is a local recruitment preferable based in Yangon Myanmar. More specifically:• to facilitate Joint Programme and reporting within UNAIDS and among co-sponsors to ensure quality and timeliness• to facilitate and liaise with National Programme and other partners in the development of new National Strategic Plan• to provide support in ensuring gender equality and rights-based HIV responses• to build capacity of community networks and CBOs to strengthen their programme implementationThe consultancy will be an individual.UNAIDS intends the contract to take effect once counter-signed on 1st January 2024 and to last until no later than 31st September 2024.
