Description : The DepED-CAR Regional Office through its Bids and Awards Committee
(BAC), invites suppliers to quote for the PROJECT: “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WOODEN COFFEE TABLE AND STOOL SET FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE SALAMАТMABUHAY PROGRAMS"
This RFQ is composed of one (1) item and shall be awarded as per lot. The quotations should be inclusive of tax. The total approved Budget for the project is Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 80, 000.00).
Submission of the original quotation with the eligibility requirements duly signed by the owner/proprietor or his/her authorized representative should be made in a sealed envelope on or before 9:00 AM of March 24,
