Description
The US Army Garrison West Point Directorate of Public Works (DPW) has an anticipated requirement for the yearly preventative maintenance along with on the chair lift and handle tow at the Victor Constant Ski Slope West Point, NY 10996. The intent of this service contract is the complete maintenance to ensure trouble free and safe operation of the Multi Ski lift Handle Tow and the Borvig Triple Chair Lift located at the Victor Constant Ski Slope.
The contractor shall provide all trade certifications, expertise, services, materials, supplies, supervision, labor, expectwhere specified as Government furnished to perform necessary yearly preventative maintenance on the handle tow, and ski chair lift, guidelines at the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point New York. This is a new requirement to include a Base plus Four (4) Option Years for maintenance only service contract. The maintenance service required neededduring Base year the first week in September 2024 and option years 1 April - 30 Sept of each calendar yearand provide emergency service throughout the year. The POP will be from 15 Aug 2024 to 14 Aug 2029. See Specifications
There is a Site Visit scheduled 8/5/24 at 10AM at the Victor Constant Ski Slope starting at Building 732 Victor Constant Ski Slope located at Victor Constant Rd, West Point, NY 10996 (Department of Public Works) will meet us outside in front of the Ski Slope Ticket Booth Office, West Point.
