Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) intends to procure Dishwashing Detergent and Drying Agent through Section 52 (b) Shopping of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, and composed of 2-line items with approved budget amounting to TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (Php 251, 400.00) with Certification Availability of Fund No. 2025-116 dated April 4, 2025.
