Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) is seeking to establish a list of qualified parties with the necessary experience, qualifications, behaviours and resources to perform the design-build work for the Accelerator Program through the use of a progressive design-build delivery model for the first major program of Pearson Long Term Investment in Facilities and Terminals (LIFT). The Accelerator Program is a construction program that will provide vital upgrades and revitalization of airport assets, aiming to improve airport on-time performance, reduce emissions, mitigate climate-change impacts and accommodate near-term passenger growth.These enhancements will support the aims of Pearson LIFT: to transform Toronto Pearson into one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.Please refer to the RFQ documents for complete details.
