The Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT) seeks proposals from qualified vendors for the consolidation and migration of its multiple Sitecore farms into a unified Sitecore PaaS 2.0 environment. This includes upgrading and migrating around 15 websites, currently hosted across two Sitecore IaaS farms with varying versions of Sitecore, into a single managed environment (Sitecore PaaS 2.0). The main objectives are to upgrade culture sites, consolidate and migrate all existing Sitecore websites to the new PaaS 2.0 environment, establish DevOps practices, unify the Sitecore backend components and architecture, and ensure post-implementation sustainability.
