This project - Project Connect - will transform the organisation through the implementation of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology, driving change to processes and ways of working and placing the customer at the heart of operations. The solution being implemented is utilising a best of breed approach centred on the Oracle Cloud platform supplemented with specific solutions tailored to the Local Government business model.
