YOU ARE INVITED BY KOC TO SUBMIT A TENDER ON THIS RFQ FOR SUPPLY OF MATERIAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEATTACHED PARTICULAR INSTRUCTIONS AND CONDITIONS. YOUR ATTENTION IS ALSO DIRECTED TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS& INSTRUCTIONS WHICH WILL CONSTITUTE PART OF THIS RFQ This Tender is restricted to the approved list of manufacturers KM 04.16 & 04.17 The Bidder must pay a non-refundable Tender Fee KD 25. Each offer must be accompanied by an Initial Bank Guarantee equal to KD 250. Expander Pipes should be free from Internal Grinding or machining Marks. Even though Grinding / machining are part of manufacturing processes, additional procedures to be followed to remove these marks. Pipes must have smooth surface finish (and Internal Grinding or machining Marks should not be visible) KOC reserves right to reject Pipes with surface imperfections.
