The GOS is seeking qualified respondents to provide Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) for a variety of buildings across the province of Saskatchewan. These buildings can include but are not limited to; health facilities, K-12 schools, universities, government facilities, offices, heritage facilities, apartments, multi-family homes, and single-family homes.
The purpose of this RFSQ is to prequalify respondents for FCAs on an “if and when required” basis. If a project becomes available, the GOS will enter into a Request for Proposal (RFP) process with the prequalified respondents from this RFSQ. The RFP will list all facilities to be assessed, the timeline of the work, and any further requirements. Based on the provided information the respondents will submit a bid for the work including a unit price per facility, schedule, and proposed approach.
