Purpose for the Request for Tenders
The Corporation of the Town of Greater Napanee (hereinafter referred to as "the Town") is issuing this Request for Tender (hereinafter referred to as "RFT"), for the purpose of receiving submissions from a suitably qualified company to supply and install one (1) Columbarium at Riverview Cemetery and to supply and install one (1) Columbarium at the Roblin Cemetery.
Companies that make a submission in response to this RFT are referred to as "Respondents" and the Respondents' submissions are referred to as "Proposals".
Scope of Services and Objectives
The successful company will, in collaboration with Town Staff, supply and install a 48-Niche Columbarium (2-sided) at Riverview and Roblin Cemeteries. The site preparation will be completed by the Town which includes leveling and foundation installation.
The design of the two (2) 48-Niche Columbarium's (2-sided) shall include the following:
