Tender Details

The Service Provider must deliver the required Services per the Request for Tenders. A summary of the key requirements is as follows : (a) Provision of iFOBTs : the Service Provider must coordinate with the NCSR Service Provider and the Department to procure and deliver iFOBTs to the Mailhouse in accordance with manufacturer requirements and the delivery schedule (b) Provision of Helpline : the Service Provider must establish and maintain a 'free call' 1800 iFOBT Helpline to assist answering queries from Program Invitees and Program Participants in relation to completing and submitting an iFOBT(c) Pathology Analysis : the Service Provider must perform Pathology Analysis of each returned iFOBT nationwide within the specified timeframes and quality standards, and dispatch the results to agreed recipients including the Program Participants, their nominated GPs, the NCSR, and the My Health Record. The Service Provider must also provide pre-screening checks, follow-up actions, and data management for the returned iFOBTs and associated analysis results(d) Quality Management : the Service Provider must develop and comply with a Quality Management Plan that is Approved by the Department, and ensure that the iFOBTs and the Pathology Analysis meet the relevant NPAAC, NATA, TGA, and ISO requirements.
