This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (the “Town”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide River Heights Reservoir and Pump Station The work includes construction of a new in-ground concrete reservoir cell adjacent to the existing River Heights reservoir. The River Heights reservoir is located directly adjacent to the east of Highway 22 (Cowboy Trail) and immediately north of River Heights Drive. The reservoir services the entire area of South Cochrane. The existing reservoir was constructed in 2009 and the Town has now embarked on the expansion of the facility by constructing another reservoir cell adjacent to the existing cell. Preconstruction collaboration services Undertake a review of the design and specifications at 60%, 90%, and 100% design submission. Provide feedback to the design team on aspects of risks, cost, constructability, and procurement. Suggest alternative solutions to reduce cost, improve constructability, advance schedule, etc. Provide input into forecast cash flows for construction.
