Request for ProposalThe Rural Municipality of Rosedale will receive proposals until 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 06, 2024 for the project to repair 1100 feet of Road 109 N located west of PTH 5 and east of 87W. The location to be repaired is marked. Specifications are as follows: Road top to be 20- wide with a 4:1 slope, shoulders to be compacted 1100 feet of woven Geo Textile to be placed, (approx. 6- foot overlap) (30% compaction) when complete with foreman-s approval Top road with 12 inches of pit run ( A- base quality, 4 inch and down) as a base Top 12 inches of pit run with 2 inch of traffic gravel Locates including MTS, Gas, Hydro, Cable, Oil, etc. are the contractors responsibility All approaches to be leveled with the road after project is complete. 1100 feet of road to be repaired will be staked by the RM of Rosedale Completion Date: October 18, 2024 unless otherwise agreed to by the Municipality. A penalty may be applied at a rate of $100/calendar day until the work is completeThe lowest or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted and the Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive defects, or to accept and offer which may be considered in the best interests of the Municipality. The Municipality, in its entire discretion may reject or accept all or any part of the proposal or any of the proposals submitted under this proposal call.
