The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center (MD Anderson) is seeking proposals fromqualified and experienced suppliers with demonstrated abilities to provide role-based workplace violence prevention training, including active shooter, de-escalation, and disengagement techniques, through a video file and in-person Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions.The online training video will be role-based, with each employee assigned to one of four role categories, and the training will align with their specific role. The four role categories are as follows: Front Line Staff/General, Managers, Executive Leaders, and High Risk Area Employees.It should include the functionality to pause and resume from the point at which the user left off. The file is required to be in SCORM 1.2 format to be ingestible into MD Anderson Learning Management System (LMS).(In-Person) Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions will focus on comprehensive disengagement techniques for employees in specialized roles
