The present procurement includes all services for inspection and maintenance of the relevant roof categories according to the tender documents. Any maintenance and repair work are not included, which cannot be done in the regular framework of the activity. These and other demarcations for the present procurement are noted in the service description. The contractor assumes the role of a general contractor, i.e. All required services including equipment are provided or provided by it. With the commissioning, VBS Immobilien, taking into account the ecological, economic and legal criteria, a greatest possible value maintenance and maximum operational safety should be achieved.
