Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform the following work: The Rosetown and District Health Centre has two, separate, project opportunities that require a single General Contractor to oversee, coordinate, schedule, and execute the work as outlined in each of the project specifications and drawings. The main hospital facility must remain operational throughout construction, necessitating careful scheduling and coordination of both projects to maintain hospital operations and safe access in and out of the building. Both projects will be awarded as a single contract to a selected General Contractor. Execution of the two projects will overlap and be conducted concurrently. The General Contractor will be required to create and maintain separate project accounts for distinction of the individual jobs. Separated project accounts will encompass: 1) Scope of Work 2) Purchase Orders and Invoicing 3) Change Orders and Supplemental Instructions 4) Project Administration requirements for progress certificates and RFI publication. Project 1: Connected Care Project (IMID 9852) Summary of Work: Interior renovations on lower floor level consisting of 385 square meters interior works including demolition, partitions, ceilings, flooring, millwork and interior finishes and fitments along with associated mechanical and electrical infrastructure.

Project 2: Front Entrance Project (IMID 5576) Summary of Work: As described in the contract documents the work includes but may not be limited to partial removal of the existing exterior entrance canopy, building of a new enclosure for the pedestrian ramp, replacement of the front entrance door, and associated structural and electrical work.
