Tender Details

The purpose of the Tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with three (3) service providers per lot in the field of Assessment, testing and advice on election-related systems and software.

Lot 1: Carrying out pen tests and security investigations on (election) software

Scope:

The Electoral Council wishes to conduct various penetration tests and security investigations. The Electoral Council divides this into three parts:

1. Standard pen testing;

2. Pen testing and security research on request;

3. Advice on the security of (election) software.

Pen testing and security research.and on request

In addition to the above-mentioned standard pen tests, the Electoral Council needs pen tests and security investigations with a specific scope, depth, approach or test method

Lot 2: Carrying out statutory testing of election software and software quality research

Scope:

- Testing availableelection software to the legal frameworks;

Lot 3: Advice on the quality of (election) software (Code review)

Scope:

-testing the code quality during the development of software;

-testing the code quality of existing and election software in use.
