Oeresundskraft AB invites interested Suppliers to submit tenders regarding RTU - Communication equipment, which includes equipment for communication, remote monitoring and remote control with associated products. The procurement means that the Supplier must deliver and commission communicationsion equipment but also delivery of station automation may be relevant.

The procurement will be divided into two (2) sub-areas where sub-area A, which is also referred to as RTU type A, refers to RTUs for remote control and remote monitoring of grid stations and sub-area B, which is also referred to as RTU type Ax, refers toRTU for remote monitoring of grid stations without remote control.

Framework agreement will be signed with one (1) Supplier per sub-area and that meets all requirements in the procurement. Contractual conditions that will form the basis of framework agreements are reported below under the heading "Contractual conditions".

Under constructiondling procedure and during the term of the agreement, Oeresundskraft AB and all wholly-owned subsidiaries within the Oeresundskraft Group are referred to as "Customer" and "Oeresundskraft". Potential framework agreement suppliers are referred to below as "Tender" and "Supplier".
