Tenders are invited for Rubber Lining of Mixbed Anion Receiver Tanks a-002/tk78 - Dm Unit

Shazand Petrochemical Company (Public Joint Stock) intends to assign the above-mentioned
project, according to the details mentioned in section (a), through a public tender and under
the specified terms and conditions. Therefore, reputable and specialized companies with
sufficient experience and qualifications are invited to submit their documents as required in
section (b) from 1403/05/08 to 1403/05/21 (excluding holidays). They should introduce an
informed representative to deliver the documents and receive the tender documents at the
address: Iran - Arak, 22 km Tehran Road - Shazand Petrochemical Complex - Contract and
Procurement Office. In case further information is needed, please contact the Contract and
Procurement Office at 086-32633166-65.
(a) Scope of Work: Includes the removal of existing rubber and rubber lining of all internal
surfaces of MIXBED - A-002-TK78 tanks and anion receivers, including walls, ceiling,
floor, flange surfaces, manholes, internal surfaces of nozzles, upper flange surfaces, and all
internal attachments along with the necessary scaffolding.
(b) Required Documents:
1. Photocopies of the company-s articles of association, establishment announcement,
registration certificate, and the latest decisions and changes published in the official
gazette, including managerial changes, company address, name, etc.
2. Certificate of tender qualification from the Planning and Budget Organization and
safety qualification from the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare.
(Failure to provide these certificates will result in disqualification).
3. Copies of the national ID and birth certificate (front and back) of the company-s board
members and their mobile phone numbers.
4. Copy of the tax identification certificate (economic code), national ID, address, postal
code, and phone/fax numbers.
5. Financial statements, transaction details for the past two years, asset valuation
certificate, and the latest acquired permits.
6. List of completed or ongoing projects, with relevant certificates and recommendation
letters from previous employers.
7. Any other valid and relevant certificates that are effective in evaluating the company's
capability and qualification.

The tender guarantee amount is 5% of the total proposal value, payable either in cash
to the designated account or in the form of a bank guarantee issued by a reputable
bank, registered in the electronic financial messaging system (SEPAM), valid for
three months in the name of Shazand Petrochemical Company

Tender documents will be provided after submission of the documents mentioned in
section (b) and payment of 500, 000 Rials into the current account No.
0105763780000 at Melli Bank in the name of Shazand Petrochemical Company. (For
