Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is to run the Imaging Diagnostics Department, which includes:

a) General X-ray Diagnostics Laboratory - performing radiological tests stationary and in hospital departments with a mobile device - the number of tests performed and described in the field of the Pensions LaboratoryGeneral Genodiagnostics is not limited.,

b)Computer Tomography Laboratory - performing stationary radiological tests - the number of tests performed and described in the Computed Tomography Laboratory is limited to 120 tests per month.

2.The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to:

1)provided the ordered services at a high level in accordance with the principles of modern technical knowledge, standards enabling accreditation and certification, the art and ethics of the profession, applicable legal provisions and contract provisions, while maintaining due diligence and 24/7, uninterruptedwork for the Ordering Party,

2) Provided services to patients of SCM Sp. z o. o. and patients coming for X-ray examinations on the basis of separate contracts concluded by the Ordering Party with external entities, as well as for a fee based on a doctor's referral,

3) Personsproviding services in the Diagnostic Imaging Department had appropriate qualifications in accordance with applicable regulations,

4) He kept full records of the tests performed, also in the Ordering Party's IT system,

5) Imaging tests in the Diagnostic Imaging Department were performed 24 hours a day/...
