The MPG is partly organized decentrally, so that each institute has its own administration. The centrally administered software used by everyone for ordering, accounting and controlling is SAP. Now within the next three to four years in all institutes and in theGeneral administration switched from ERP 6 to SAP S4/HANA ("project"). The current system has grown over many years and sometimes represents very specific business processes that should be analyzed and revised before the software changeover. This will be a change in many placesIt entails work processes and responsibilities. Since there are not enough internal resources available for the analysis, documentation and organizational support of the changes, the internal project management should be supported by external resources.
With this award procedureA competent framework contract partner should therefore be identified who will relieve the project management of operational activities in the "SAP HANA" project, support the development of detailed work processes and communication with the institutes and support the implementation of the organizationaln changes accompanied. The tasks include (organizational) consulting, business process analysis and project support.
