The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) Veterans Home Central Pharmacy seeks to establish a contract with a Contractor for prescription packaging materials. Materials will be purchased on an as needed basis. These materials include 31-day single dose cold seal blister cards that are compatible with a SynMed xF packaging machine. The Central Pharmacy provides medication to over 800 MDVA residents. Medications are dispensed via a traditional blister card system. Responses to this RFP will only be accepted via the SWIFT Vendor Portal. Late responses will not be accepted. Responders should carefully examine the RFP and make certain they have a clear understanding of the requirements of the specified dates.
