Sale of a hydroelectric power plant - NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH BVergG

HYDROPOWER PLANT - in accordance with the decision of the Baden (Lower Austria) district administration (9-W-80206/ 44) from the year 1989, there is permission under water law to take headwater to the extent of 2.85 m³/s from the "Rotes Wehr" dam on the Triesting, to divert it to the power house and there to drive two Francis turbines with a capacity of 1.7 m³/ s and 1.15 m³/s and an output of 58 kW andnd 40 kW for the purpose of generating electrical energy and to return the discharged water back into the Triesting.
