Material Specification for sale:
Truck loads
1. 15 Pallets of lead acid batteries, in 1 truckload to be sold in 1 Lot.
2. Palletized in a DOT compliant manner; shrink wrapped with a layer of corrugated cardboard in-between each layer of batteries.
3. Lot, weight gross - Batteries/pallets - 44, 298 pounds (approximate).
4. Lot, weight net - Batteries - 44, 000 pounds (approximate).
Shipping information:
1. Material to be picked up at Camp Ripley USPFO Warehouse, Minnesota
2. Material to be loaded by Camp Ripley USPFO Warehouse Staff on Purchaser-s truck. Truck must be loadable with forklift, either side load or drive on load.

Financial Terms:
1. Purchaser shall pay all freight costs.
2. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping losses.
