Our Marketing and Web presence team is looking to integrate Recruit and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). As we approach the end of the scope of work - Phase 1, Marketing and Web Presence is ready to complete the integration through hiring a reliable solution partner.The main objective of this project is to integrate and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) seamlessly. Currently, the College utilizes Ellucian Recruit V 6.1 as its CRM system, so it is crucial to integrate SFMC with the Recruit module. This integration will enable the College to create and manage marketing relationships and campaigns with customers effectively. The solution must consist of a thorough and seamless integration and implementation of SFMC, enabling users to easily create journeys and send messages to the appropriate audience at the appropriate times. It should also prioritize the security of all data within SFMC and enhance workflow for users. The integration process must also support regular data transfer from Recruit Ellucian to SFMC while utilizing Recruit's existing capabilities.
