The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of a maximum of 40, 000 tons of backfill sand for hydraulic backfill.

The supplied backfill sand should meet the quality requirements contained in the PN-93/G-11010 standard or equivalent solutions.

"Supply of sand for hydraulic backfill"

1. Subject of the order.

1.1. The subject of the order is sależ together with the delivery of a maximum of 40, 000 tons of backfill sand for hydraulic backfill.

1.2. The supplied backfill sand should meet the quality requirements contained in the PN-93/G-11010 standard or equivalent solutions.

1.3. The delivered sand must not contain visible impurities and partparts of the plants, and in the winter the sand must be loose.

1.4. The Ordering Party will consider the following sand parameters to be equivalent when other sands with a dominant mineral component, e.g. carbonate, granite, meet all the requirements for typical quartz sands, and in particular meetrequirements:

1) water permeability - at least 0.007 cm/s,

2) content of grains with dimensions below 0.1 mm - at most 10%,

3) largest grain size (lumpy) - 60 mm,

4) bulk density - least 1.3 kg/dm3.

1.5. The sand delivered by the Contractor will serve as a raw material for the Ordering Party...
