The online service was developed to meet the upcoming needs of our customers by providing them the ability and flexibility to view their SaskEnergy bills online anytime of day, submit meter reads at their convenience, and view historical consumption data.The goal of this project is to deliver a modern platform accessible to all SaskEnergy customers with expanded self service options. A new My Account solution will need to include a variety of new functionalities not available in the current solution while retaining the core functionalities of viewing current billing information and payment summary data, signing up for paperless billing, and viewing historical data consumption.Additional functionality includes:A solution that uses the current CC&B database for customer informationA platform that can be accessible by all SaskEnergy customers including those with multiple premises and consolidated billingMobile compatible to provide ease of service to those accessing My Account from mobile devices and tabletsEasy payment options and solutions including the ability to process pre-authorized payment arrangements onlineIncludes self serve account manage...
