Escambia County Waste Services (hereinto referenced as \"the County\") is seeking contracted services (hereinto referenced as \"the Vendor\") to provide an integrated solid waste scale management and accounts receivable system (hereinto referenced as \"the System\"). The System shall be comprised of both Hardware and Software components to meet the needs of the County.
