Crucial to this process is CAE-s work to reform markets and strengthen capacity to address key bottlenecks to private sector engagement and investment.CAE launched ScaleMashreq, an entrepreneurship advisory program in the Mashreq region (namely Iraq, Jordan, and Lebanon) that facilitates the creation of a pipeline of startups in key sectors with a strong focus on women, youth, and forcibly displaced people (FDPs).
