CAE worksproactively to contribute to creating market conditions for increased IFC andprivate sector investments overall within IFC client countries. Crucial to thisprocess is CAE-s work to reform markets and strengthen capacity to address keybottlenecks to private sector engagement and investment.CAE launched ScaleMashreq, an entrepreneurship advisoryprogram in the Mashreq region (namely Iraq, Jordan, and Lebanon) thatfacilitates the creation of a pipeline of startups in key sectors with a strongfocus on women, youth, and forcibly displaced people (FDPs).
