Purchasing: School and Office Furniture for UNRWA2 Technical Criteria:• Bidders must enclose in their bids the samples of items, Samples are to be delivered to [Central Warehouses - Damascus - Al Mazzeh) prior to the bid closure date (12-05-2024 @ 13:00 PM) otherwise, the bid will not be considered.• For some items and as clarified in section 5, sample will be requested only from the awarded bidder before placing the contract, but the supplier must provide us technical report for his offer to compare with required specification.• Samples will be evaluated against the specification mentioned in the solicitation document.• Any non compliant sample will not be considered for further evaluation.4.3 Financial Evaluation Financial Evaluation: Lowest cost, best technically and commercially acceptable offer
