Tender are invited for In accordance with 17 AAC 45.300, the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) proposes to sell the DOT&PF Snow Removal Equipment Building (SREB) located on Lot 3A, Block 300, at the Barrow Airport by offering it through Sealed Bid. Thereafter, DOT&PF proposes to enter into Lease ADA-72771 for Lot 3A, Block 300, consisting of approximately 25, 650 square feet at the Barrow Airport. Authorized uses: Aeronautical uses only-as defined under 17AAC 45.990(108): examples or limitations may be set out in the Bid Packet. Minimum Building Bid is $3 million; associated current annual land rent is $5, 566.05. Term: Determined by Bid Proposal.
