Project Overview:
Guangdong Yudean Jinghai Power Generation Co., Ltd. (Huilai Power Plant) is located on the shore of Jinghai Bay in the South China Sea, at the eastern end of Huilai County, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province, 2km away from Jinghai Town and 25km away from Huilai County . The first phase of the project, Units 1 and 2, 2 × 600MW, and Units 3 and 4, 2 × 1000MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation units, have been put into operation
The seawater antiscaling agent and cleaning agent supplied by the bidder must meet the water production demand of 2 million tons of seawater desalination reverse osmosis system, and be settled according to the secondary water production of seawater desalination reverse osmosis : 1 ton of antiscaling agent for every 100, 000 tons, and 1 ton of cleaning agent for every 500, 000 tons of seawater desalination reverse osmosis water production .
The freshwater antiscalant and cleaning agent provided by the bidder must meet the water production demand of 1.3 million tons of the desalination system reverse osmosis system. The settlement will be based on the desalination reverse osmosis water production : 0.5 tons of antiscalant for every 100, 000 tons, and 0.1 tons of cleaning agent for every 100, 000 tons .
