Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of online payment gateway services (hereinafter referred to as "PB" or "Payment Gateway") for the purpose of paying highway stamps for the use of designated sections of roads (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

"Highway stamp" is a time fee for using designated sections of roads.

"Delimited section cesty" means any section of highway or expressway marked with traffic signs, which according to the Act can be used after payment of the Highway Stamp for its use, or any other section of the road, which will be able to be used after the amendment of the Act after payment of the Highway Stamp for its useuse.

The goal of the Service is the permanent, fault-free and continuous provision of the Service, the result of which will be

increasing the comfort of customers when using the designated sections of roads, which can be used according to the Act

after paying the Highway Stamp, as well as effectively securing the Public Procurement Agency's income fromcollection

payment of highway stamps to the account of the Public Procurement Officer.
