Maintenance Service of the Security Equipment CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL, and TRAFFIC BARRIER SYSTEMS 08 May 2023 United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Bahrain Country Office is managing the United Nations (UN) Common Premises in Hoora, Manama, wishes to engage the services of security equipment service company for the maintenance of the of the CCTV, access control, and traffic barrier systems at the UN premises. Scope of Work: · To check, service and maintain and ensures the smooth functioning of the Security Equipment on a Quarterly basis. · Checking and crimping all the BNC and Network Connectors. · Cleaning and servicing all the cameras and adjusting lenses. · Cleaning and servicing the NVRs. · Checking HDD, record quality, speed, and network connection etc. · Checking all the power supply unit. · Checking of all access door alignments. · Checking of readers and exit buttons. · Checking of access control panel. · Checking access control software. · Check, service, maintain and testing complete Traffic Barrier System. · Carry out general cleaning/lubrication of the barriers & ensure the barriers proper functioning. · Provide comprehensive service report highlighting any existin...
