Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) Contractor having experience on doing same nature of works. The minimum general experience of the tenderer in providing Security Guard Service works as ‘Prime Contractor- shall be 05 (Five) years;(b) The minimum specific experience as a ‘Prime Contractor- in providing security Guard Service works and successfully completed within the last three 03 (Three) years or running with a value of at least 40.00 lac (Forty lac) monthly in any Govt. organization, any schedule Bank or any Financial Institution;(c) The required average annual business turnover shall be greater than Tk 420.00 lac (Four Hundred Twenty lac) over the period may be best 03 (Three) years in last 05 (Five) years;(d) To prove the availability of liquid asset, the tenderers must submit a Credit line(s)/ Bank Solvency certificate from any scheduled bank mentioning the Tender ID with an amount of at least Tk. 40.00 Lac (Forty lac);(e) Updated trade license, e-TIN certificate, income tax payment certificate, VAT registration are to be submitted along with the Tender;(f) NID of Tenderer and Authorization letter of a person who will contact with the office of BHBFC including his/her NID to be submitted;(g) No JVC is accepted for this Tender;(h) No running or advance bill will be entertained. Tenderer are requested to submit the rate in monthly basis;(i) Tenderers are requested to see the special terms and condition (Tender Document Preparation, Section-7) before submitting the tender.
