Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) Tenderers having general experience to provide security guards and related works for minimum 05 (Five) years are requested to submit the experience certificate; (b) The minimum specific experience in providing Security Guards Service and successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years or running with a value of Tk 30.00 lac (Thirty lac) monthly in single work order has to be submitted as work completion certificate; (c) The required average annual business turnover shall be at least Tk 400.00 lac (Four Hundred lac) over the period may be best 03 (Three) years in last 05 (Five) years; (d) To prove the availability of liquid asset/solvency, the tenderers must submit a Credit line(s) certificate from any scheduled bank mentioning the Tender ID with an amount of at least Tk. 40.00 Lac (Forty lac); (e) Updated Trade license, e-TIN certificate, Income Tax payment certificate, VAT registration certificate (BIN) are to be submitted along with the Tender; (f) NID of Tenderer/Authorized person and Authorization letter of a person who will contact with the office of BHBFC are to be submitted; (g) No Joint Venture Company (JVC) will be accepted for this Tender; (h) Company profile/Memorandum of Association (MOA) has to be submitted; (i) No running or advance bill will be entertained. Tenderers are requested to submit the rate in monthly basis; (j) Tenderers are requested to see the special terms and conditions (Tender Document Preparation, Section-7) before submitting the tender.
