Tenders are invited for Security Operations Center (SOC) As A Service.

deliver a Security Operation Center (SOC) as a Service with the intention to start with existing tools and equipment readily available in MCMC. The vendor must develop a consolidated dashboard that can provide an overview of the overall security landscape in MCMC based on data or logs collected from the existing security tools. The dashboard can be used to analyze the issues further and identify their root cause. The projection is from 1 to 3 years, with the goal of achieving self-sustainability with a sufficiently skilled workforce.

MCMC is aiming to establish its Security Operation Center (SOC) utilizing all logs collected from all security devices in the network. However, as a start we would like to have a dashboard that could integrate all the data from security devices. In achieving this, we are looking for Contractor/Vendor that could provide SOC as a Service to enable us to start implementing the SOC as soon as possible. Nevertheless, we are expecting to expand our capabilities within the next 3 years with own skillfully workforce and well- established integrated system.
This SOCaaS solution aims to integrate seamlessly with MCMC’s existing tools and infrastructure, providing robust security monitoring, detection, and response capabilities. The ultimate objective is to safeguard MCMC’s digital assets and ensure continuous protection against evolving cyber threats. The objective of this project is:
• To identify qualified vendor with a proven track record in terms of delivering the SOCaaS solutions and integrating together with the existing tools and equipments in MCMC.
• To improve the ability of monitoring, detecting, and responding to any security incidents effectively.
• To ensure that the SOCaaS can adapt to any changes involve in the threat landscape.
