The Security Agency shall have a Security Plan for the
Contract;
Other Minimum requirements/qualifications for Security
Agency:
a. Years of experience-at least five (5) years in the security
business;
b. Organizational set-up-in accordance with R.A. 5487 and
its IRR;
c. With valid License to Operate from PNP - Supervisory
office for Security and Investigation Agencies;
d. Must be a member of the Philippine Association of
Detective and Protective Agency Operators;
e. With Certificate of registration from DOLE
Minimum qualifications of Security Guard:
a. With at least three (3) years experience in Security
Services;
b. Must have completed a private security training from a
government or duly registered and accredited private
training institution/s;
c. Must have undergone first-aid and basic life support
course certified by the PNRC;
