Suppliers can collect application form from General Administration Department Facility (GAD-FM) upon payment of non-refundable fee Rs.2, 000.00 (In Words: Two Thousand Only) in the account no. 999-01260010200 (Central Settlement AC). Application is to be submitted by 3:00 PM on 12th April, 2022; at the Bank's GAD-FM or nearby Prabhu Bank Branches. Application submitted after the deadline neither be accepted nor entertained. If holiday announced by Government on last submission date; the next working day of the Bank shall be the date for application submission (as the case may be). The Bank reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all applications partially or fully without assigning any reason what so ever. Other terms & conditions will be as detailed in respective EOI Form.
