The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Proposal for the following: The supply of one (1) full-time resource to act as the Senior Project Director for an initial period of two (2) years, with an irrevocable option to extend for two (2) additional period of three (3) months each, to lead and manage the IT Risk Mitigation initiatives and overall governance.Description of ServicesThe WCB requires the Contractor to provide the Senior Project Director who will be responsible for leading and managing the IT Risk Mitigation Initiatives and overall governance.The Senior Project Director will be responsible for oversight and successful planning and execution of the IT Risk Mitigation Initiatives from start to conclusion, including but not limited to, the following:a) Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the IT Risk Mitigation Initiatives portfolio to ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards;b) Oversee the development of detailed project plans, charters, timelines, resource plans, and provide day to day portfolio management throughout the IT Risk Mitigation Initiatives life cycles;c) Build, communicate, and manage an integrated program plan (IPP);d) Manage the IT Risk Mitigation Initiatives portfolio budget of all related initiatives and projects;e) Manage IT Risk Mitigation Initiatives project risks and issues, and take corrective measures;f) Oversee all projects within the IT Risk Mitigation Ini...
