ESB proposes to establish a Qualification System under a negotiated procedure for Service and Availability Agreements for Multiple Wind Farms. A high level scope of works to be procured under this Qualification System is outlined in Section A of the attached Qualification System Questionnaire. ESB is seeking to qualify a number of contractors to the Qualification System for but not be limited to, the Wind Farms, broken down by Technology Type per Lot detailed further in the attached Qualification System Questionnaire. Economic Operators who wish to participate in the Qualification System process should submit a response as set out in the attached Qualification System Questionnaire. While applications may be made to join The Qualification System at any time, those interested in being considered for the first procurements, should submit complete QSQ responses on or before 12.00hrs Monday 27th May 2024.
