Service concession for the management of public collective sanitation services and rainwater networks for the Cities of COURBEVOIE, LEVALLOIS-PERRET, NEUILLY-SUR-SEINE, PUTEAUx (LOT NO1), RUEIL-MALMAISON, SURESNES (LOT NO2 ), SAINT-CLOUD, VAUCRESSON, GARCHES (LOT NO. 3), LA GARENNE-COLOMBES, (LOT4)
The concessionaire of each lot will ensure responsibility for the operation of the public collective and rainwater sanitation service of the cities concerned (collection, transport and maintenance), the proper functioning of the works and the continuity of the service 24 hours a day, all year roundee, at your own risk. The main financial risk that will weigh on it is linked to the operation of the service, the billing base and unpaid debts.
Each contract (lot) takes effect from January 1, 2025 (subject to its notification) for a duration of 5 years, for allCities except for the City of Saint-Cloud. Lot No. 3 (incorporating Saint-Cloud) takes effect, for the City of Saint-Cloud, from January 1, 2026.
The expiry date of the contract for all cities including the municipality of Saint-Cloud will be January 31 December 2029.
Garches, Vaucresson and St-Cloud (lot no. 3)
The grantor delegates to the Concessionaire the exclusive responsibility of ensuring, at its own risk, the management and continuity of the public service of collective and rainwater sanitation in the municipalities of Garches, Vaucresson and St-Cloud
