Service contract for the designationof a multidisciplinary team, acting as a project author, with a view to designing signage for all users of the public space, and throughout the territory of Charleroi.
The City of Charleroi, in the quest of urban revitalization of its territory, wishes to developcoherent signage tools, a common language for the attention of all users of the public space, in order to make the different areas of attractiveness of the territory visible and to orient themselves.
Currently, signage in place testifies to failings, deterioration, contradictionctions and sometimes obsolescence.
This contract, in addition to its specific objectives, aims to provide a coherent selection of places to be signposted and a common signage strategy, easy to set up and manage in order to make the project sustainable and scalable according to needs.inside the territory.
The contract is divided into four phases as follows:
Phase 1: Diagnosis
Phase 2: Design and signage strategy
Phase 3: Technical editorial support and management plan
Phase 4: Works monitoring and Acceptance
