Expression of Interest are invited for Service Delivery Indicators Health Survey Iraq

The consultant organization will conduct surveys in a representative sample of health facilities using the SDI survey methodology. The sample will include primary health facilities, medical staff working at those facilities, and a sample of patients seeking care throughout an entire day. The sample size is subject to change as details of the survey design are finalized. The list of facilities to be surveyed will be provided by the World Bank and MoHE team.

The survey instrument has 3 main types of questionnaires, which at least 2 enumerators per facility will administer (one Lead Enumerator and one Enumerator; these roles are described subsequently). For larger facilities (with more clinical staff), enumerator pairs should be combined to form groups of 4-6 enumerators, as appropriate. Each survey is expected to take 1.5-2 days on average.
