Brief description of the subject of the order: 1 The subject of the order is: the service of providing, maintaining and developing Chatbot and Voicebot tools, answering questions from users of the Ordering Party's website. 2 The subject of the order must be implemented taking into account the following stages:, 2.1 Etap 1 includes all work necessary to implement the Chatbot and Voicebot on the website indicated by the Ordering Party within 5 business days from the date of conclusion of the contract, hereinafter referred to as the Tool (the Tool is a service of access under the SaaS/subscription model to the Chatbot and Voicebot in a cloud environmentpink of the Contractor, which the Ordering Party received from the Contractor in accordance with the requirements specified in the Agreement) and providing the Ordering Party with the access code to the Tool and the technical documentation of the implemented Tool., Stage 1 will be completed within the period counted from the date of conclusion of the contract, indicated by the Contractorin the Offer Form, a maximum of 35 days., 2.2 Stage 2 covers the maintenance and development of the Chatbot and Voicebot for a period of 24 months starting from the date of receipt of Stage 1.
